Who We Are:
We are Carolina Janitorial & Maintenance Supply.
We are a full service distributor of janitorial chemicals, supplies and
equipment. We are a "true, brick & mortar" store located
in Raleigh, North Carolina with a 25,000 square foot warehouse and not merely
some basement virtual company brokering merchandise. We maintain an excellent inventory
of chemicals, floor equipment, name brand chemicals and many fine brands of
supplies and tools to make housekeeping efficient and more effective. In
essence, we can provide you with the maintenance supplies and knowledge you need
for the care of your building.
Ordering:
CJMS does not have a minimum
order policy except where may be noted.
Large volume quotes are available. Call or e-mail us for quotes.
Anything under 10 cases is not considered "large
volume" and are quoted at the current published web site price.
CJMS distributes for a large number of
manufacturers and therefore cannot possibly publish everything we have to
offer on our web site. Please call if you need something that is not
published on our site and we will gladly assist you everyway
possible.
Shipping:
CJMS has very fair and low prices and therefore requires
shipping charges to be paid by our customers. Yes, we have looked into
"free shipping" programs and in order to do that, we would have to
raise prices and incorporate the shipping into the new, higher price. Which
is what companies do. Don't be fooled by free shipping gimmicks! You are
paying the shipping one way or another at these sites. We chose to keep it
simple and give you a good price and ask that you pay shipping. We do have
some items we can give you free shipping on because of the close
relationship we have with some of our equipment manufacturer's and some
programs that they offer us.
Local customers (Wake, Johnston, Durham
counties) may pick their orders up
from our facility in Raleigh, North Carolina and not incur any shipping
charges. Otherwise, normal shipping charges will apply.
CJMS does not ship outside the continental United States or
to Post Office boxes.
APO and FPO orders are accepted, please allow an extra
day for processing and shipping. We have to have our drivers carry them
personally to the Post Office.
Most orders ship the next business day of ordering
depending on availability. Friday and weekend orders ship on Monday.
Same Day Shipping! In Stock Items. If
you should desire same-day shipping, you must pick up the phone and call
your order in prior to 12:00 pm (noon) Eastern Standard Time.
CJMS uses UPS for most shipments. Shipping cost are based
on the UPS shipping calculator. Some items cannot ship UPS. If your order
contains an item which cannot be shipped via UPS, you will be notified of
any additional shipping charges before shipment and your order will be
shipped upon your approval of these charges.
CJMS is not responsible for paying Common Carrier/Motor
Freight accessorial charges including, but not limited to, inside delivery,
residential delivery, lift gate, hazardous material, sort and segregate, COD
fees or construction site delivery. Furthermore, these charges will be
charged back to you if incurred.
CJMS does not accept COD orders and No Open
Accounts for Out-of-State customers. Absolutely NO International Orders are
accepted at this time.
Damages / Shortages: CJMS's responsibility ceases upon
delivery to shipping companies. Before signing for shipment, please verify
that your order is correct, complete and in acceptable condition before
signing for receipt. CJMS cannot be held responsible for any shipment that
is damaged or incomplete. Please note discrepancies before signing for
shipments.
All orders shipped from CJMS will be covered with the
correct amount of insurance. CJMS can assist you with making a claim for
damaged goods. Please hold on to all packing materials and merchandise when
a damage is discovered and contact CJMS immediately to start the claim
process.
All refused orders will be charged a $10.00 handling fee
plus shipping charges and fees.
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Products are guaranteed to perform as
stated on the label. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
contact us immediately for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned
within 30 days from ordering.
Returns:
No merchandise shall be returned without
first obtaining authorization from a CJMS representative. Any
merchandise returned to us that has not been authorized will be
refused.
All returns must be carefully packed in the
original box or equivalent and be in saleable condition to be accepted. CJMS
has the right to refuse or reject any refund or exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Discontinued items, special order items or
items not purchased from CJMS are not allowed for return or exchange.
Restocking fees of 25% may be charged at the
discretion of CJMS and/or its manufacturers.
All returns are subject to inspection
before credit is issued.
Payment Terms:
We
accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!
Business
and Personal Checks & Money Orders are also accepted. Orders paid by check
must clear our bank before being shipped. Normally 5-10 business days. Sorry,
payment plans, out-of-state open accounts, financing and C.O.D.'s are not
available. Equipment
lease plans are available through third party arrangements. Call for more
information.

Credit
Card Security & Protection
You
can safely pay with your credit card during the checkout
process using our secure server driven by Yahoo!
Store's proven system. To provide the best protection we
can for cardholders, we utilize several authorization schemes to verify authentic
orders. As many businesses are
doing now, we now require that you contact your credit card
company and list with them "ship-to" addresses that differ from
your billing address.
Ship-To
addresses that can not be verified will cause delays and/or cancellation of orders.
We
now also require the
3 DIGIT CIV//CID CODE on all credit card
purchases. It is never published anywhere
nor printed on your statement, only on the card itself. Therefore, the
card should be in your possession during checkout. |
Checks & Money Orders
Checks can be mailed
to us at the address below. Please be sure to contact us first so that we may prepare the paperwork for your order to await payment. Orders will ship as soon as the check clears the back, normally 10 business days.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is applied to North Carolina
"in-state" orders and any other state that requires us to collect
sales tax. All other out-of-state orders are tax exempt at
this time.

Privacy & Security
We fully respect all of our customers privacy and
information and is and will remain a high priority at CJMS. We do not sell
or rent your name or any information that you provide us.
Your credit card information is deleted from our servers
after 30 days from ordering.
If you feel uncomfortable placing orders over the internet,
we will gladly take phone or faxed orders.
MSD Sheets:
At this time, MSD sheets are not available via download. We will be happy
to send or fax you any MSD sheet on products that you purchase from us at
your request.
